Q. Are you capable of pre-ticketing?
A. Yes. We provide ticketing services, EDI services, & Inventory control. Our catalog is listed with QRS.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We encourage our customers to return any styles that are not selling. We know your display space is valuable, and would like you to use to showcase only best selling styles.
Q. What is the minimum order?
A. We do not have a minimum order, but we require that you are purchasing for resale.
Q. Are credit terms available?
A. We offer Net 30 credit terms to all customers who qualify. Request a credit application right away and we can usually approve Net 30 terms in 24 hours.
Q. How quickly can you ship?
A. We generally ship orders received before 1PM EST the same day, orders received after 1PM will ship the following business day. We can expedite rush orders, just write "RUSH" on your order.
Q. How do I know the quality is good?
A. We screen all styles to insure you are getting the best quality sunglasses for this price range. If you are unhappy with any style for any reason, just return it.
Q. Do the styles come in assorted colors?
A. We assort each style for you based on our experience of which colors sell best. Or, you may select the particular colors you like.
Q. Do you provide displays?
A. We supplement the cost of displays for our customers. We charge only $1 per piece the display holds (a 48 piece display is just $48). 
Q. Why don't you show the prices on your website?
A. Since many visitors to the website are not retailers, we do not want your customers to know how much you pay for the sunglasses. However, suggested retail prices range from $8-$18 and your cost provides you with a healthy markup. To receive a catalog with prices just fill out the request information form on the website.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. We offer discounts off line prices for customers who place average orders over 300 pieces.
Q. Do you have closeouts?
A. Yes. Since we focus on best selling glasses, many styles that you would find else where at full price are available as closeouts. Please contact us for more information
